Kris Lewis and his beautiful portraits

Kris Lewis is a moder American artist who paints oil portraits.

Kris studied illustration at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In his Facebook profile it is written that he was influenced by Alfonse Bougereau, Andrew Wyeth, Hans Holbein, Albrecht Durer, Hieronymus Bosch, Gustav Klimt, and Jules-Bastien LePage. It is interesting to observe that it is quite difficult to see this influence reflected on his work, but certainly one can notice the classical hint of old time that all of his works have.
